  • How about conduct quality control procedures in your factory?
    All the production operations must follow up the ISO 9001 instructions and management. Every machine will be running at least over 72 hours and must be inspected carefully before delivery.
  • Do you provide any spare parts with machine?
    Yes, Suda will provide one complete set standard spare parts to customer including heater ,filter, screw head ,screw washer, checking ring ,sealings, etc.
  • Could the Mold trial conducted in your factory?
    Yes, Customer can send moulds to our factory and implement testing, Suda also provide customized mould solutions.
  • What is the warranty of the machineries?
    The whole machine’s warranty period is 12 months and key parts will be depended.
  • How about the delivery time of the machine?
    Actually, the delivery time of the machines is depended on the machine options. Normally, the delivery time of standard machine could be within 1-2 month,some standard models have stock.
  • How about the after-sales service? Will you send your engineer to my country to help commission and install the machine?
    Sure, we have many experience technical engineers for oversea service, they would help you install machine and support training to workers also. Currently we provide visit online by video call due to the COVID-19.

  • what is injection molding machine?
    An injection molding machine (also spelled as injection moulding machine in BrE), also known as an injection press, is a machine for manufacturing plastic products by the injection molding process. It consists of two main parts, an injection unit and a clamping unit.
  • Types of injection molding machines
    Machines are classified primarily by the type of driving systems they use: hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, or hybrid .
  • What is Hydraulic injection molding machines?
    Hydraulic process have historically been the only option available to molders until introduced the first all-electric injection molding machine in 1983. Hydraulic machines, although not nearly as precise, are the predominant type in most of the world.
  • What is Mechanical injection molding machines?
    Mechanical type machines use the toggle system for building up tonnage on the clamp side of the machine. Tonnage is required on all machines so that the clamp side of the machine does not open (i.e. tool half mounted on the platen) due to the injection pressure. If the tool half opens up, it will create flash in the plastic product.

    10 Common Examples of Everyday Injection Molded Objects.
    1. Plastic Bottles.There are countless different beverage products on the market, and you will most likely have at least one injection molded plastic bottle in your home. PET is a commonly used plastic material for bottle design that easily flows through injection molds and creates very strong products, but is lightweight enough to be used as a liquid container. Even reusable plastic products, such as refillable water bottles, are produced from injection molds.

    2. Lids and Caps.All those plastic bottles with caps? They also come from injection molds. Since these projects tend to be very small, it is easy to design mold tools that can produce multiple parts at once. Since the demand for plastic caps and bottle caps is high in many vertical industries, it is not surprising that the rapid production capacity of molding machines is the preferred manufacturing method.

    3. Toys.Children's toys are also one of the most common injection molded products. There are several reasons. First, this molding process can combine multiple materials to make more complex toy designs and color patterns. Other toys are very simple, so molding can produce huge part volumes in a relatively short period of time. The choice of material also contributes to the popularity of this method in toys, as it is easy to make non-toxic, non-porous and easy-to-clean products.

    4.Computers. While injection molding does little to the major hardware components on computer circuit boards, it involves almost all other aspects of these devices. Everyday items that are injection molded for your computer include laptop cases, speaker housings, computer monitor bezels, and even keyboards that you type every day. The durability of these materials makes them ideal for the long life of most computer hardware.

    5. Kitchen utensils. Molding is also suitable for a variety of kitchen products, such as plastic plates and cutlery. These products are easy to keep clean, are often resistant to high temperatures, and can be used in microwave ovens and dishwashers. As such, they are ideal for food safety environments where it is essential to keep products as sterile as possible.

    6. Electronic enclosure. Objects such as electrical panels and other electronic equipment housings are products made with injection molds. Think about how many power outlets there are in your average home or business, and consider the number needed to meet that demand.     7. Electronic switch. From light switches on walls to plastic circuit breaker switches that control the flow of electricity in your home, injection molds also produce these objects.     9. Flower pots. Clay pots were lovely but expensive. Plastic pots provide the same stable growth space for plants, while resisting breakage and lasting longer.
