Daily maintenance and medium and long-term maintenance of injection molding machine
1. Daily maintenance (daily inspection)
1. Check whether the screws on the ferrules, cylinders, pressure plates, joints and other parts of the mold are loose or missing. 2. Check whether the core wires, travel switches, micro switches, position rulers, emergency stop buttons, etc. are working properly. 3. Check whether the oil level of the machine is above the center line, whether the oil quality is good, and whether the oil temperature is normal. (30~45℃, available between 5~55℃)
4. Check whether there is leakage or blockage of the oil cylinders, oil pipes, and action seal connections in each waterway and oil circuit.
5. Check whether there is enough lubricating oil in each lubricating point, oil pipe and centralized lubrication box, and whether it can be lubricated normally, and whether there are cracks and blockages everywhere.
6. Check whether there is peculiar smell and abnormal noise in the distribution box, whether the components and wires are overheated, coking, falling off, or whether there is dust or foreign matter.
7. Check whether the ventilation and filtering devices in the distribution box work normally and ensure good heat dissipation.
8. Check whether there are abnormal noises, overheating and other phenomena in the action of each part (main motor, demoulding motor, oil motor, oil pump, oil
cylinder and various mechanical transmission parts, etc.). Ensure good lubrication and heat dissipation.
9. Check the actions of various parts (switching mold, pulling ferrule, top advance and retreat, seat advance and retreat, injection, pre-molding, glue extraction, mold adjustment, etc.)
Whether the pressure, speed, position, time, etc. are reasonable, whether the action is gentle, whether there is severe shock, and whether the work is reliable and normal.
10. Check whether each safety protection device operates reliably and is in normal use. (The mechanical bumper must be adjusted after each mold change)
11. Check whether the thermocouple and heating coil work normally.
12. Check whether each machine has any displacement.
2. Medium and long-term maintenance
1. Clean the oil and water stains on the distribution box and the machine once a week.
2. Arrange or replace cooling water pipes, core wires and oil pipes every week.
3. Thoroughly clean and organize workshop tools, material racks, mold areas and all machines once a week.
4. Check whether the lower hopper has a magnetic frame (return material) and a filter screen (powder material) every week.
5. Check and clean each oil filter screen, bypass filter, oil suction oil filter, ventilation filter, filter screen and other filter devices every month.
6. Check every month whether the electrical components such as AC contactors operate normally, whether there is any odor, and whether there is vibration during work.
7. Drain the oil and water under the chassis of the switch mold every month to prevent leakage.
8. Check whether the power supply voltage is too low or too high every quarter. Check whether the power cord is damaged, whether the grounding is in good condition, and whether the connectors are loose.
9. Check the hydraulic oil quality quarterly.
10. Thoroughly clean the oil cooler once every six months, and clean up the waterway.
11. Lubricating oil should be added to each lubricating point every six months. (such as mold adjustment, moving plate, moving template, pre-plastic oil motor, moving seat and other activities)
12. Check whether the wiring of each part, whether the components are aging, and whether the insulation is good.
12. Check whether the seals, high and low pressure oil pipes, etc. are aging and worn every year, and replace them at any time.
13. Use kerosene or diesel oil to clean the solenoid valves of various parts every year to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
14. Check the levelness of the machine, the parallelism of the four Corinthian columns, the tightness of the sliding feet of the bottom plate, and make adjustments every year.
15. Check whether the operation of the main motor, oil pump and oil motor is abnormal every year.
3. Other
1. Valves, nozzles, front barrels, screws, etc. that are not used must be smeared with an appropriate amount of butter and stored.
2. When the front barrel and nozzle are installed on the machine, the screws must be wiped with high temperature-resistant molybdenum disulfide to prevent rusting.
3. When the machine is not used for a long time (or when the machine is not used in winter), the cooling water in the cooling water must be drained.
And evenly apply rust inhibitor, butter, etc. to all parts of the machine (such as guide rods, etc.). (The next time you use it, you should clean it with a suitable neutral solvent)
4. For machines that have been parked for a long time, the screw and barrel must be cleaned with PS or PP or PE material before shutdown to prevent corrosion.
